Get a planning report for zone, overlay and council details

You can find out what zone, overlay, schedules and the Lot and Plan Number that apply to the property by contacting the council or getting a VicPlan Planning Report. If you are unsure of the council, the report also advises who that is.

To get the free VicPlan Planning Report:

1. 1. Go to Search for a Planning Report and enter the site address
   2. The Zones and Overlays will be displayed
   3. Click “Download PDF Report” if you want a copy

You can view an example VicPlan Property Report. You can click on links to the zone, overlay and schedules in the report if you want to see what planning controls apply to the property – but they are also integrated into your application if you are using this site.
