Here’s how to get a copy of the title:
1. Click on this link to LANDATA title search.
2. Scroll down and click on ‘Order now’.
3. Enter the site street address.
4. Follow the prompts and confirm property details.
5. Select ‘Register Search Statement (Title)’ any ‘Electronic Instrument’ AGREEMENT 173 or COVENANT, and the ‘Copy of Plan’.
6. Follow the prompts to register an account and pay by credit card.
7. The reports will be emailed to you as PDF attachments in about 5 minutes.
