Standard C8 – Lots of less than 300 square metres
If your application to subdivide land that creates lots of less than 300 square metres, show that:
- the lots are consistent or contain building envelope that is consistent with a development approved under this scheme, or
- a dwelling may be constructed on each lot in accordance with the requirements of this scheme.
