Most applicants will need to provide a copy of land title. This guide provides you with instructions on how to get a copy of land title online – but if you prefer, you can select an option to have us get it for you for $22.

If you ask us to retrieve a copy of title for you, the Landata fees (a government fee for your searching the public register for your copy of title – usually $17-$30)  will be added to your Complete VicSmart Guide account, as well as our service fee of $22 to retrieve it. We’ll add the copy of title and the fee to your account on the next business day.
