The layout plan must include the following

• • The location, shape and size of the site.
  • The location, length, height and design of the proposed fence including details of construction materials and finishes.
  • The location, height and design of any existing front fence on adjoining and nearby properties including details of materials.
  • Dimensions of all components of the fence and any gates measured from Natural Ground Level at a scale of 1:100;
  • Orientation (ie. north, south, east and west); and
  • If a Heritage Overlay applies, the style of picket head (if applicable) and colours of the fence must be notated.
