Here’s an example of a vacant lot that meets the requirements of Standard C8 of Clause 56:
The lot sizes are between 300sqm and 500sqm. The proposed subdivision will result in the creation of two lots with an area of 410 sqm and 418sqm.
The lots are of sufficient size to contain building envelopes meeting the requirements of Clause 54 of the Planning Scheme ie sufficient to accommodate a dwelling, private open space, vehicular access and water management in accordance with the requirements of the Planning Scheme.
